Feed Bag (confessional)
Well I'm going to post what I had on Friday as I tried to switch things up over the weekend.......my wegiht is wobbling but still not coming down. I'll continue to switch things up and see what works for me. so here's what I had on friday
b - ran out of bacon so I had two packets of oatmeal
l - cottage cheese
d - cottage cheese again because I was too exhausted to cook LOL
all my fluids and vitamins.

Well, I'll post for Sunday. I was hungry all day long, so that's why it's a bit hard to determine what was a meal and what was a snack.
B- Supersized protein shake
S - tuna-n-egg salad 1/4 cup
S - pistachios 1/4 cup in shells
L - split pea soup 1/4 cup
D - FF cottage cheese 1/4 cup, swiss cheese 1 slice
S - SF/FF pudding made with 1/2 Labrada, 1/2 milk
S - Protein shake
+/- 800 calories, 37 carbs (net carbs are lower, but my tracker doesn't track them), 28 fat, >110 protein

Yesterday was a bit off as we were gone most of the day... and it showed in my weight this morning. :(
b - ricotta cup (with mushroom and turkey meatball (1)
l - 3 eggbites, jimica with white bean dip (several pieces)
d - superbowl party - see below
So I did really well until we went to the girl bar for the superbowl. We had a gathering that we went to over lunch time and I took my eggbites so I could have them for lunch. Someone else brought a white bean dip which was perfect on my plan. I did well.
Then we went to Velvet (girl bar) for the superbowl and they had a spread. I snacked. I could have done much, much worse but I did have 1 piece of coldcut with cheese (not bad) but then had about four handfulls of chex mix. I freaking love that stuff. I did avoid cakes, chololate, and lots of other high-carb dishes. We were there for about 4 hours so I could have done worse but a better choice would have been to have a portion of a burger patty and stop. I also had several (not more than 3) sips off Z's beer.
Today is a new day.

Sunday breakfast, protien shake, lunch tuna/chicken patties( at the request of my children lol) dinner small salad and beef strogenoff over a bit of quinoa. Snack 8 multigrain tortilla chip with guac.
Today so far I have had a protien shake and a small salad of greens, manderine orange, feta and broiled chicken.
