Bottoms up
Yes, this is a thread about drinking.
Shame on those of you who clicked the subject thinking it was something else.
I found that drinking water is slow for me, post op, but flavored waters go down faster. I'm sick to death of crystal light, though, and I'm hard pressed to think of new no-sugar, no caffeine drinks to have.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Yeah, shame on me! LOL
I do Crystal Lite too and am pretty much burned out on the few flavors they have that don't contain caffeine. What I started doing is adding a vitamin packet called Emergen-C to each bottle. Now it does fizz but only slightly and mixed with the Crystal Light it doesn't fizz for long. It does add a little zip to the flavor and I get a few more vitamins in the process.
Sometimes I mix the CL White Grape half with one of the other flavors, like berry and it create a new flavor but otherwise, I'm kinda in the same boat as you.

Albertson's has sugar free powerade 10 for $10 most of the time. Try old fashioned ice tea - or use any flavor or brand of tea for new fashioned iced tea. ![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/batlashes.gif)

I adore Propel with Calcium - it does have some sugar and 20 calories per 16.9 ounce bottle. (Can't recall exact number of grams of sugar, but it does not cause me to dump.) But that bottle also contains 20% of the RDA for calcium in the form of calcium citrate. So you get non-caffeinated fluids and calcium, all in one tasty bottle. My favorite is the mandarin orange flavor...
I am addicted to Oceanspray ruby red grapefruit drink mix. It is like crystal light(in the single packets) but this is the best tasting powdered drink mix i have ever had, I also like the oceanspray cran-grape and white cran peach.
Editted post beacuse i forgot to add it was grapefruit flavored. LOL
