Confession time!
I have been starving lately. My band definitely needs a fill. Called yesterday and made an appointment.
ate way too much yesterday but hopefully worked it off...
b - protein shake and light bread toasted
s. beef jerkey
l - 4 oz ribeye steak
pre workout snack - cliff bar
post workout protein shake
was running really late yesterday so I had a lean pocket for supper
then the snack monster hit me and I ate cheddar goldfish crackers...
i promise I will do better today...
i did get in 150oz water and all vitamins/meds/supplements

I usually don't do these, but I have a confession today.
Last night we had a friend over for dinner. Since it was a bear friend, I felt like we had to make a more substantial dinner. I made chicken Parmesan and spaghetti. Chicken parm works great for me. It's sauced and wet. I can eat a 1/2 of a 1/2 chicken breast. The band likes that.
Pasta is another story. I can't do spaghetti and angel hair. I can do a small amount of penne, like 1/2 cup. Well, all we had in the house was thin spaghetti and I made it. Sitting at dinner, I thought "Let me try this again. Maybe I can do it now." Well, the answer was "no". Three bites and I was in the bathroom throwing it up. Why do i continue to do this?! Let's hope I learned my lesson this time.
