b - nothing
l - cottage cheese a couple sticks of string cheese and 5 triscuits
d - cottage cheese again and some low fat popcorn
all my fluids and vits.....after I shoveled the ice I think I drank 60 ounces of fluids right then and there LOL

b - 4 egg bites
l - 1/4 cup chicken casserole (legal recipe), 1 blueberry bite with cream cheese (all legal)
d - dinner out (innards of 1/2 roast beef and provolone sandwich), four bites of potato, 1 bite salad. (none of it was very good). Sipped several sips of decaf after and got nauseated.
s - got home and put groceries away, was very tired, and made a cup (1/2 c milk, cocoa, splenda) cup of cocoa with a shot of light whipped cream. Was not the best choice but not the worst.
Got all my vits and 75% of fluids.
Off to do my penance.
