Last night I was so tired, but had a hard time sleeping, so i took an ambien again.  This morning I woke up, logged into my blog to type a new entry, and noticed that my blog looks totally different, and I apparently posted an entry in my sleep LOL  What really surprised me though, is that the entry actually made sense, and isnt full of incoherent babbling!!!   has anyone else done strange things in their sleep?

I "woke up" once with sleep paralysis whil eon ambien. I was awake but I couldn't move or talk. It scared the **** out of me so I started grunting and my partner woke me the rest of the way up. It was only a few seconds but it was enough to keep me from using Ambien ever again. Ambien does some wierd **** to you.

Wow, okay that's scary...  I've not had anything like that happen, but Ambien does make me seriously loopy if i dont sleep when i take it.  I've been thinking of asking my PCP for something else for sleep because of that
