the FeedBAD aka CONFESSIONAL for Wednesday
Ok so i had to change the name of it to accommodate a few of our fellow OH'ers LOL so what did you have yesterday?
I ended up eating my dinner a little later in the evening and you know what? NO SNACK before bed! WOOHOO!!! I was eating dinner right when i got home from work......instead I had a couple drinks before dinner and that seemed to work.
b - 4 strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal
l - cottage cheese
d - ricotta cheese thingy I keep talking about
all my fluids and vitamins
YOUR TURN!

I am physically feeling really good, but mentally not so great. Working a new job and feel very self concious eating here so having a hard time getting it all in. Also cant seem to find room to work out. I have to get my son to school right before work, and after work I only have 3 hours with him before he has to go to bed. He is gone on the weekends to his dads, so I dont get that time to make up! I feel very very guilty about not working out. I think about it all day. ARGH.
I'm really bummed... I GAINED 1 pound from before I left last week. Z pointed out that it may be fluid retention from flying. It's possible I guess but it could be the few extra things I put in my mouth while I was gone. Dunno. I know it will come back off eventually if I keep being good.
And I was good yesterday.
b - 4 egg bites
l - 1/4 stuffed green pepper, 1 blueberry bite with 2 tsp cream cheese
d - 2 meatballs (tiny) with broccoli, cheese and red sauce (no sugar)
Only got about 30% of my fluids in (another reason for not losing) but got all my vits and calcium. I never miss my B12.
On the more positive side, I feel really thin today!
And I was good yesterday.
