My surgeon's office says it could take up to a month... if it takes that long I might go crazy!!!

Once my paperwork got completed and submitted I got approved really fast, maybe a week?  I just remember it coming back really quickly

Mine took 5 days.  I think it depends upon how thorough your surgeon documented and how closely you fit your insurance carrier's guidelines for the surgery. Add into that, claims agents that can be pains in the a$$.

Less than a week, but I had stellar insurance at the time.

Well, mine took almost 1 month.  THe insurance companies are just coming out of their busiest time, so maybe it won't take that long!  Good Luck!!!!!!!!

"Up to a month" is what they told ya. I'd be surprised if it actually took a month. Mine was pretty quick. I mean less than a week. The entire process was quick for me. From initial consult to day of surgery was less than 3 months.
