Did pretty well with food yesterday, except for lunch.  I realize that couscous is EVIL!  I was able to eat like 1/2 cup of it, which really isnt a lot, but for me its a lot LOL and it did not sit well at all, so no more couscous in the house!

B- kashi golean crunch w skim milk and 1 sliced strawberry

protein- root beer

L- couscous and 2 shrimp

cappucino nectar protein

D- turkey chilli

protein - root beer

LNS- 3 shrimp slice of gouda

Protein - 104  
Fat - 34
carbs- 81

all my vits, 128 oz of liquids

no gym cause I took Sunday off, but I did dance around my house while cleaning, so that's something LOL

Loooooooooooong day yesterday, which explains the extra meal at the end of the day.

B> leftover onion frittata and mashed potatos.
s> atkins protein bar
L> italian sausage lasagna made with polenta
s> atkins protein bar
D> Cheese omelet
Late night meal> home made turkey chili

b - cottage cheese and 4 triscuits

l - ff ricotta cheese, a veggie chicken patty, low carb pizza sauce, parmesan cheese and mozarella baked in the oven

d - a cup of regular kashi cereal

110 ounces of fluid and all my vitamins.

ok i am totally making that veggie chicken patty pizza thing for dinner tonight, sounds really good!

ok......well I get store brand fat free ricotta cheese and I use a serving of it (1/4 cup) spread that around in a circle on a baking dish with some non-stick spray on it (I use Pam olive oil spray) then I'll put some italian seasonings or just some garlic salt on top of that.  Then I take a morningstar farms veggie chicken patty (it IS breaded) and sit it on top of the mount of ricotta.....I'll put a little salt on that....then I will cover it all with Ragu Pizza sauce (green label) then top with low fat parmesan cheese then cover it with part skim shredded mozarella....bake for 30 minutes on 350.  quite tasty and quite filling.  I still have yet to be able to eat all of it.

Hoping it must be coming up on that time of the month, because I don't have any other explanation for why I was so hungry today.

B - protein shake
S - mediterranean yogurt - 2oz, the dreaded M&Ms - 5 of them. chicken soup -2oz
L - turkey barley soup - 12oz!!!
D - chicken cubes - about 3, cheese cubes 5, peas - about 3 ****tail spoons, edamame - about 5, raspberry vinegrette dsg - just a bit.
S - protein shake
