Yesterday I had -
B - Lean Dessert whipped vanilla (dang these turn out to be higher in carbs than my usual), sugar free apple cider flavor packet
S - poached egg, tsp butter
L - 12oz 4 shot breve
D - ricotta, marinara, mozarella (and a bite of a turkey meatball which turned out to be gross)
S - Nectar Cappuchino

D - grilled shrimp and fresh spinach
S - slice gouda cheese

It's made by Optimum Nutrition. It's called Gold standard 100% whey protein, and it was available at GNC, but they stopped carrying it. You can buy it online though through other retailers. It tastes just like a root beer float though, so I like it. They also make a tropical fruit flavor that tastes like hawaiian punch, but it's a little sweet for me. When I find the link to where you can buy the root beer flavor, i will pm it to you. :)

yesterday i was a baaaad boy....I need a spanking....please ;)
b - turned out to be lunch since I didn't wake up until noonish.......I had cottage cheese and some triscuits.
l - ricotta cheese, pizza sauce, a veggie chicken patty, parmesan and mozarella cheese all baked int he oven...yummy!
s - greek yogurt with 1/2 packet of sf/ff chocolate pudding mixed in and some kashi on the side.....that was really tasty and it uses up my boxes of pudding! tasted just like chocolate cheesecake!
d - and this was at 2 am two sticks of string cheese and 4 triscuits. triscuts fille me up almost to the point of getting stuck
all my vits and liquids.

You're braver than me, Aaron. I have a hard time bringing myself to try any sort of cracker or bread, yet. They're not on my food plan until 1 year out, though, so I guess that's ok. Mind you, that didn't stop me from cheating yesterday and having a cookie. Damnit.

2> piece of turkey with provalone wrapped around it
3> 2 peanut butter cookies (both about the size of my thumb and pointer finger together)
4> half a handful (maybe 7?) mini carrot sticks
Having dinner before hand helped me resist picking more, but I'm still disappointed that I had those cookies. Not even three months out yet, and already slipping back into old habits.
Can we maybe start calling this series of posts "The Confessional?"
