Feed Bag for Friday
I thought I would post for yesterday, because it really helps me to keep track of what I eat. I track it on daily plate, but like to have it here as well. So this is what I had yesterday:
Pre-workout: Muscle Milk shake- Strawberry milkshake
Post workout: kashi golean crunch w/ skim milk
lunch: 1 wedge of tortilla pizza ( mushroom and goat cheese)
snack : strawberry kiwi nectar protein
dinner: 1/2 turkey meatball and ricotta with marinara
snack: protein (chocolate caramel)
lns: slice of gouda cheese
100+ oz of fluids, all my vits - total 97 g of protein (doc wants me between 100-120 daily)

I make the strawberry kiwi with about 20 oz of water and add a packet of crystal light to it then drink it over ice, only way I can stomach it and I have this huge container of it lol
I made a trader joe's run yesterday and picked up the lasagna, had it for lunch today, really good stuff, even if i could only eat 3 bites :)

hey tyger,,,how you doing on the carbs...??? your protein is fantastic...
I try to stay below 80 grams of carbs a day (still seems high to me, but again following what doc says) Yesterday I was at 67 grams, so that's good. But I was also at only 989 calories, while doc wants me at about 1200 right now. I have a really hard time getting the calories in. Protein is easy for me, but my pouch is so picky when it comes to food that I still find I have a hard time eating.
