my meals yesterday are starting to hit brick walls.  I know I've been very good at not straying off my diet and I eat the same things over and over again and I don't mind it but yesterday I did  LOL

so here's what I had yesterday

b - 4 strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal

l - greek yogurt and kashi

d - bag of microwave popcorn and some cottage cheese  (the popcorn was 94% fat free and it actually had 10 grams of protein in it!)

100+ ounces of fluids and all my vits

Here we go again LOL  Actually I did mostly well yesterday.  I say mostly cause pay attention to my dinner... kinda unhealthy but hey it's not like i do it often so it's ok :) 

pre-workout- muscle milk shake - brownie batter flavor

post workout/breakfast hard boiled egg and pickled hot cauliflower

s- protein - apple flavor nectar... not good tasting at all

l - ahi tuna steak slice and 3 olives

s - protein shake - root beer

d - 1/2 an egg roll and 4 cubes pepper jack cheese

lns - greek yogurt with s/f apricot preserves

100 oz fluids, all my vits

Well you know I don't think that's terrible at all!  at least it wasn't a whole plate of eggrolls :)  I think what you had was just fine!  and I'm right there with you on the apple nectar!!!

I think it just seems so bad because i basically eat healthy now...  but every once in a while i allow myself something not so healthy.  I think it just bugs me cause it was fried lol... but it was really good, and my pouch liked it.  I think next time I will bake it in the oven, then I won't beat myself up over it

LOL there ya go!  it's just like when my office has a pizza party.......it's ok to indulge just as long as you don't fall back into old habits :)  but baking your eggroll is so much better for you :) yeah you don't get that crispy greasy feeling when you fry one but just think of the fat you're saving by baking  LOL  Over New year's Eve I actually had wonton wrapped cheese that was deep fried...OMG was it good but man it was just dripping with oil.  I only had one and it was worth it.

Thanks I had a couple of higher carb days earlier this week. Special ocassions but I trying to lose at much as possible or just eat healthy before the surgery. Hoping to get used to a controlled food intake before I have to increase the work out as well. Happy Friday!

B> Leftover 1/2 ham cheese omelette
S> skipped
L> italian chicken sausage lasagna with polenta instead of noodles
S> Protein Bar
D> filet mignon and mashed sweet potatoe
S> SF Pudding

Only got in about 40 ounces of water yesterday, half my goal.  Got in all my vitamins, though.
