I decided to rejoin WW at work. I find the support and accountability helps me along my way. This session they introduced  their new Momentum Plan. It is basically the points plan with some of the attributes of the former core plan.  They realize the benefits of the core plan are the foods (veggies, fruit, no and low fat dairy, whole grains and low fat high protein meats, seafood and no carb laden foods). It basically allows you to count points but encourages you to stick to the core plan foods as much as possible. The leader alluded to the fact that after 4 weeks, it introduces a different way of accounting for points. I look forward to this session. It very much resembles my lapband diet. Any other WW folks on this board?  What are your thoughts?

Somewhere I read ..(either on here or somewhere else) ...but someone was saying they were told nicely they couldn't be in WW because they had weight loss surgery. So that kinda turned me off but I've thought about checking into our local WW and see what they say.

I have heard of people going to WW. I just signed up again.
It's non of their business whether I have had  WLS if I am willing to pay the money.
