One Year!!!
Well, today is my one year surgiversary. As I look back on this year I am amazed that I survived. It has been the sickest year of my life and I would still do it over again. I have had 3 blockages, one was a Shatzkie's Ring and the other two were strictures. Pulled muscles shortly after going to solid foods from trying to get a grape skin unstuck. Gall bladder surgery that was cause I couldn't take my medicine like I should have thanks to two of the blockages and some family history prolly didn't help either. ER visits left and right for dry heaves due to dehydration cause I just wasn't getting my water in. I went on vacay to Wyoming and Utah and had altitude sickness and I have NEVER had that before. And now I have blood pressure problems (2 ER trips from passing out cause it got too low.) that is causing dizzy spells. On the plus side. My diabetis is in remission, my colesterol is fine, and I am off the blood pressure meds. I can't exactly say that's fine.
I have gone from a high of 387 to 189. I weighed 346 a year ago today. I wore a 4 to 5X shirt and I am in a L or XL depending on cut. I grew out of women's sizes and wore a mens 4x jeans. I am in a 16. Life is good and I am still shocked when people call me skinny.

Wow, that is quite the journey!
I've been wondering if I have blood pressure problems. When I stand up from sitting or laying down I get this quick rush of dizziness. I have to stop, wait a minute, and continue on. I've fallen a couple times but this is new since surgery.
Any way, I hope things are getting better for you. You've lost a lot! Soo...woo hooo to you
