Buyer's Remorse
Hi . . .
I'm 7 days post-op and still feel a little nervous. Sometimes I look at myself and realize that I made a wise decision, sometimes I feel bad that I wasn't able to loose the weight without surgery.
I know that I'll feel better when I loose more, but right now I'm worried that my surgery is more than I will be able to deal with.
Anyone wake up after surgery and ask themself - What the heck did I just do to myself?

Thoughts like that took a few weeks to fade for me. By week 3, after the weight loss was plainly evident and I had a better grip on what I was going through, all regrets faded away. I'm two months out, now, and haven't had a regret in weeks, even during the occasional "oopsie" when I get a piece of chicken stuck halfway down....
