I am having a hard time getting in all my protein. It's really the only liquid I am getting in. It seems that I fill up so fast and stay full for hours.... is this normal??

Yes, that is very common. I would start drinking a protein supplement. Either shakes or get the protein bullets and mix them with water.

Yes, it is very normal. It will get easier as time goes by. You will not get all your protein in at first, but just keep sipping and it will get better.

What surgery did you have?

Post-op swelling and irritation can suppress your appetite.  Just keep sipping...
