VSG on 04/06/12
O.K. being a bander I know it is easier to "cheat"....Well I have gained 10 lb....Granted I am on a new med AND have not been able to excersize....But no excuses !!! The good thing is I am not freaked or feeling self defeated. I am hoping to get cleared for excirsize on Monday......wish me luck !!!
Sean, best of luck. You have been so successful and look great. Yo have been though quite an ordeal over the past month or so. I have really felt for you. You have a great attitude and I am sure you will be back to losing in no time. Happy holidays, sexy guy! -- Tom

Hey Scott - Michael here - I agree with Tom - your pics are incredible and you have certainly accomplished a great deal. I am struggling too over the holidays - the chocolate seems to know me on a first name basis. Let's just keep in mind what has gotten us to this successful point we are at, gaining only 5 or 10 lbs is not the end of the world as long as we restart our journey to "cub" status. Our bands are a tool - so we have to use our will. Sounds like from your post and Tom's comments you have been through a lot recently - be gentle with yourself, give yourself the same encouragement and kindness you would your best friend, and keep posting those great pics!
well i'm wishing you all the luck Sean. I managed to lose 2 pounds but i'm still fairly early out so i figured that would happen plus i have a very supportive family that actually asked me what i could eat prior to me arriving so they had all of my food ready for me :) surprisingly enough it didn't bother me that everyone else was eating junk food. i was quite content with what i had. Plus I have so much right now that i brought back home with me to last me a few weeks LOL they won't eat my food because they don't like it so they gave it all to me! I did cheat a little and ate a cookie I made and it didn't make me sick. i got scared about that and didn't have any more. I hope you had a wonderful holiday and i wish you have a wonderful new years :)
