212 pounds gone and i feel like a new man! just 58 pounds to goal (78 to MY goal LOL). Everything is starting to come back to me finally....energy, concentrating abilities and overall mood! it must be the prescription vitamin D they have me on and the vitamin A supplements I have to take LOL.

i've busted through a couple long plateaus and the scales are moving again and I'm really happy about that!

I uploaded a new before pic that i found from 2006! OMG you can really tell there that I was HUGE LOL
