Worried
So I am a little freaked out. This might sound silly, but I can eat anything and nothing makes me sick. Now mind you I am not eating anything bad. But I expected to have more reaction from my belly. I have ate chili, ham, eggs, cottage cheese, cheese, refried beans, and fish. I know these are all ok foods, but i guess from reading some of the other posts, that I thought something would annoy my pouch. In one way I am glad, in another, I am worried that it will just give me too much freedom. Does that make any sense?
I had a couple issues in the beginning ..like eggs didn't go down so well. But I can eat pretty much eat everything too. The one thing I CAN'T eat is cashews, weird huh? But I can do all meats, seafood, and so on.
I worry about too much freedom but I just follow all the tips and tools given to me and that seems to work :)

I think the question rolling around in my head is HOW MUCH can you eat? the food you listed seems pretty ok to me (ham is questionable on the fat content) but with you being this early out, aren't you starting on regular food a little early? Just be diligent in keeping with your rules and you're going to be just fine :)
Its just a small amount. I know, as I read the list of foods I mentally understood that I havent been eating anything BAD. I am on one meal a day with real food, and 2 protien shakes on my plan. I only had the had once and that was last night. Trimmed with no fat. My program doesnt believe in mushies. They think that is why you have teeth :)

I know what you mean. I thought I would have issues, but have not had many. Really only corn chipotle soup. Granted I eat tofu like it is going out of style and that can be pretty bland. But I can do onions, hot sauce (even though I try to stay away), pasta in VERY small amount, but I try to stay away from that too. I thought I would not be able to eat anything and keep it down. My problem is I am NEVER hungry.
