Food Questions

I am thinking of making a salad for Christmas and using sugar free ingredients. It does have buttermilk and I was wondering if people ever have trouble with buttermilk.

Also I make a sausage and egg casserole, that has some bread a lot of eggs and cheese and then cream of mushroom soup on top. I was wondering if I leave the sausage off of part if I would be OK to eat it, I am not on bread at this time, but it is more egg and cheese and is very moist. I was just wondering what every thought of that.

Thanks!
Jeff

You would be better eating the sausage than the bread.  You might plug up your hole if it swells.  Good luck!

I haven't had buttermilk so not sure on that...

But it took several months before I could tolerate eggs so if you haven't had eggs yet ...if I were you I'd cook one and try before making a big meal out of it. I don't see why you can't have sausage. I eat it sometimes. Try to find the best quality you can. You don't want the greasy cheap stuff.

Try low fat or fat free soup, Also like Brook said use good sausage or try turkey sausage. I have had some at Cracker Barrel and it was really good.

I shall now be know as Hagatha: Queen of the queens.
