Sometimes more, sometimes less...
This is the typical am I normal question. Most mornings it's hard for me to get very much down. I get full super quick. Then later in the day I find I can eat way more, like too much. Does this happen to anyone else? I'm RNY, not band..I know this happens to the band folks, but I wasn't aware that it happens to us.
Would love some input on this. Sometimes I'm terrified that I've already stretched my pouch!
Yep I gotta agree, on the days where I really try to stick to the 3 meals I end up stalled, but If I add a little something extra, the scales drop, It's really hard to judge it all, but when I spoke to my nut the other day at my six week check up she told me I should be getting 600 to 800 cals a day sounds like a lot but it's not really.
I'm the same way. The first meal of the day I don't eat much. The other meals during the day I eat more. It also depends on what I eat. Some things sit heavier on the tummy than others and I can't eat much then eaither.

Even though I've been on solid food for a while now, I have my more thinner proteins early in the day....like weight control oatmeal and a few strips of veggie bacon for breakfast. Then I have a little more denser proteins for lunch such as cottage cheese with bacon bits in it. Then for dinner, I'm ready for real meat...so I'll have chicken tenderloins........if I did it any differently, my pouch would most definitely not be happy LOL
