One Week Anniversary

Hi Everyone!!!

Well, I'm one week post surgery and would have never imaged I'd feel this great. Virtually no pain and feeling good! How is everyone doing on this Monday? It's icing in St. Louis.

Icy here in the Pacific Northwest. Record lows and looks like it's gonna stay that way for a few days.

Happy Anniversary to both of us! I am doing great. Officially dropped out of the morbidly obese category yesterday! Whoo Hooo! I got to eat a scrambled egg with cottage cheese for breakfast and the world looks great! :)

Don,
The weeks will fly by! How is the diet going? I breezed through the post-op diets with no issues and no hunger. We are luckier than bypass patients. Their diet is much more restrictive, much longer.
