OT: Good news!!!!

Well.....I think I just bought a house!!!!!!!!!!!  i have a contract on one...let's just say that :)  so I'm going to be moving in the next few months because the house hasn't been built yet.  I'm moving to Hedgesville, WV (about 30 minutes south of hagerstown) and i'm so nervous/excited and anxious......and right now kinda numb since I just signed all those papers at the sales office.  Maybe it hasn't sunk in yet.  this is my first home to own and I think I am doing it the right way.  I go next week to pick out the colors I want in the house :)

Congrats to you!  I just bought my first home in September.  It is so wonderful.  I am in the process of building a sunroom so I can sit outside in the warmer weather out here in the country and listen to....absolutely nothing.  Ahhhhhh...nothing like having something that is "yours"

Oh totally Sommer!  I can't wait to have something to call MINE so I can do with it whatever I want to!  And you and I got into the market at the right time I think because once the housing market rebounds we could make a huge profit if we ever sell.  But I have no plans of selling any time soon LOL

LOL yeah.....I think I'll be doing a lot of DIY stuff off the internet because my basement will be unfinished.
