Food question

Can we eat popcorn?  I am dying for popcorn.  I eat a type htat has nothing on it..so there is no fatty butter.  Can I , can I?

When I moved to liquids after surgery, I ate a corn chipotle soup and was so nasty sick....so corn does scare me a bit.

I eat it :) I've had the plain low-calorie butter and I've eaten some at the movies which is loaded in butter. Both went down ok!

I buy the mini bags and I can eat about half of the bag.

I eat it! I get the low fat or 100 cal bags.

I've eaten popcorn - was able to, early on, but I cannot do corn - go figure  lol  Corn won't digest, but popcorn goes down easy. I have to watch it and give myself a set portion or I find, between me and my dog, we've finished the whole (regular-sized!) bag.

I say go for it - you'll know if it works or not.

I get the mini 100 calorie bags that are 94% fat free and they're wonderful. Goes down just fine.

I was eating it at least once a week...up until last week when I dumped on it.  I'll be staying away for awhile.
