Frustrated

I am getting a little frustrated tomorrow I will be 6 weeks out. I have not lost any weight in 11 days. I know you run into stalls but I did not think it would be this early or for this long. i am not sure if I am doing something wrong or what. Today I have had a container of yogurt, 2 8 oz protein shakes about a 1/3 of a cup of chicken salad made with low fat mayo, and I have not eaten dinner yet. This is pretty much what I have every day. Does it sound like I am doing something wrong along the way?

Yes, a stall can and does come early -- stay off the scales if you're weighing yourself.  Keep doing what you're doing plus exercising.  The stalls can come at anytime because the body has to make the adjustments just as our mind and brains have had to do.  It knows something new has happened; however, it hasn't made the adjustments yet.  Probably thinks you're starving it or something. 

Just keep doing what you're doing and the weight will come off.  It's not you -- it's your body.

Check inches lost also. Sometimes the body adjusts and it results in a lower pant size

I hit a wall about 5 weeks, i think that lasted two weeks before 1 lbs came off.  It will happen, be patient.
