How you doing Joanne?

BE is my other favorite site. They're great about helping you find protein shake concoctions that are palatable.

Thanks for asking -- I'm doing better every day.

I had a rough start, but it was a good learning experience! By the time I have this down pat, I'll be on to soft foods and, believe me, I won't look back!

(Now, if I can only lose this affinity for excessive emoticons...)

JoAnn, Thanks for this link. I checked it out. Looks yummy!  I was thinking about you this week and wondered how you have been since surgery. -- Tom

Hi Joann:

I feel like a parrot, I have ALSO been wondering how you have been doing.

And THANK YOU for the site, they have Egg Nog!! I didn't know how I was going to do the holidays with out it!

I have found a new way of life that has kept me at Goal since 2008.. And keeping it that way!
