Pumpkin Mousse
Here is a link to a pumpkin mousse recipe from Kraft. It uses sf pudding, sf cool whip, pumpkin and spices, it seems like it should be ok and I can get my pumkin at Thanksgiving. Does it sound like it would be ok?

hmmmmm...3 grams of protein, only 1 g of fat and 5 g of sugar. That's good enough for me to eat because I have a severe intolerance to sugar once you go past 10 grams.........it sounds ok to me! But be careful......you know instead of eating with your meal, I would wait 30 minutes after eating your meal before having one of these babies because it could almost make whatever's in your stumach slide right through so be careful with that. It really sounds delicious!
Okay..total yum. I can't wait to try this.
Another yummy one, I learned in group last night, is to take a 16 ounce contatiner of non-fat cottage cheese, then mix a package of dry Ranch Dressing (i used the Zesty) into it. Stir this all up, then leave it in the fridge for a day. Use this in place of cream cheese or sour cream. It's pretty tasty!
Wow! That is simple and I am just now writing down hte ingredients for my dinner shopping list. Thanks, Tom
