Dinner with friends..a little rant

So I went to this crazy expensive place last night with some buddies.  I told my wife, to order something where I could nibble or to order a side salad.  I hated to get a meal at the cost it was and only take a few bites.  This is one thing I hate about the south:  They would not take the cheese off the salad since they were  "pre-made" in this A++++++ restaurant.  So I just ordered this "hot Veggie salad".  I asked them not to use butter and no cheese, since I am vegan.  Well, you would have thought I asked for this *****'s (sorry, but she was) husband, her house, and her pay check.  Mean while, I spend like $27 on this veggie salad and it was already bad by this morning so I could not bring any to work.  I was upset.  I do not even know why our buddy would have picked this place, knowing all of our financial situations, lol.

Anyway, I did drink a Dirty Martini which had no effect on me strangley enough.  I sipped it over the course of 2 hours...maybe that is why.  First time I ever had a drink in my hand that lasted that long, lol.  Good news is, I did not miss the booze as much as I thought I did.

I HATE GOING TO RESTAURANTS LIKE THAT .....WE DO GO OUT TO EAT WAY....TOO MUCH......BUT NOTHING GETS ME MORE THAN WHEN "WE" GO TO AN "IN" RESTAURANT IN BOSTON......AND GET ****TY, SURLY SERVICE AND WEIRD FOOD .....ON SQUARE PLATES......THAT IS OVER PRICED AND .........LOOKS LIKE ROAD KILL THE NEXT DAY ...... I AVOID THOSE SITUATIONS ANY WAY POSSIBLE
