Sugarfree Guilt Free HIGH PROTIEN Pudding receipe
OK.. so i was experimenting one evening.. i came up with an Ultra Nummy receipe.. that i thought i'd share.. if you guys are interested..
i've tried this with both the Vanilla AND the Chocolate Sugar Free Pudding
and its FAAAAABULOUS!!!!
ONE 16oz container of Fat Free Greek Yogurt
1 packet of (any flavor Sugar Free Pudding) by Jello.. Or off brand..
1/2 - 3/4 cup of Fat Free Milk (experiment with it..)
3 shots of any Sugar Free Syrup
In this case I used Torrani Sugar Free French Vanilla Syrup
You get 22 grams of protien Per CUP of pudding..
120 calories from the yogurt.. Plus what ever the pudding is with milk.. Its not that much..
So its low cal.. High protien and tastes GREAT!!!

That sounds like fun.. I might try that.. I'll prob share that one at Weigh****chers this week. They like stuff like that. Maybe it will replace their favorite. Here's one from them if you can get it to taste good LET ME KNOW.
1 Can Plain pumpkin pure
1 Package instant Butterscotch pudding use half the skim milk the recipe calls for
1tbls Cinnamon or Pumpkin pie spice or allspice
1 cup Fat Free Cool Whip
This is supposed to taste like Pumpkin Pie and the ladies at that meeting LOVE IT and I CANT STAND it.. The AFTER TASTE is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've tried to make it three times. Once with All spice Once with Cinnamon and once with the pumpkin pie spice and I just dont see the attraction.

I tell you what.. Let me work on that one.. and i MAY just be able to RE VAMP IT..
but i'm thinking instead of the Cinnamon Spice.. using sugar free Torrani Syrup they make a cinnamon dolche, and a pumpkin as well.. that may work.. I'd Kill the the Coolwhip and try the Trader Joe's greek Yogurt.. and see what happens.. i'll let you know as soon as i try it..
Try making a SF pudding using a RTD protein shake instead of the milk. I really can't taste the Pure Protein or Labrada shakes in pudding. The Labrada is close enough to 2 cups to just pour the shake and the pudding powder into the bowl and mix. It adds 40grams of protein/ # servings.
