3 HAPPY ..THANKFUL..THINGS FOR MONDAY

1) The skin infection that my cat Akasha has is much better !!!

2) I had a great weekend !!!! Friends make all the difference !!

3) It is a new week and I am sure I will be closer to getting better and back to work

1) I had a funtastic weekend!

2) I have today off of work!

3) my 2 Kitty's for cuddling with me and keeping me warm this morning!

1. I have lost 28 lbs in almost 3 weeks!

2. I am not dehydrated.

3. My family on this board!!!

1.  Good conversation with the partner about the surgery

2.  Warm down blankets

3.  Sons birthday party is over!  WHOO HOOOO!

1) Scared the crap out of myself by miscalculating last night - thought I had 18# to loose in the month remaining before surgery. It's only 11#.

2) They got all ten tubes of blood on Saturday and only had to poke me twice.

3) Met with another pre-op Sunday. She is on day one of the preop liquids. Her hubby asked if she wanted anything (duh), then sat and ate banana bread right in front of her!! My wife would NEVER do such a thing! In fact she said she would move all her food to the garage and eat out there if it would help me (our garage is not attached & it is a cold and rainy slog to get out there) So, #3 is I got a cool wife!

1.  I am LOVING my L&D clinical rotation!!!

2.  I only have 4 weeks of this semester!!!

3.  I only have 1 more semester before I graduate!!!

AND

4.  Today was Jo Anne's surgery.
