Blood Pressure ?

On Tuesday I was at my PCP and my blood pressure was 120/79. I am still taking 3 meds in two pills for my bp. I have been getting very light headed when I stand up, today has been worse. I went and check my bp at the drug store and it was 98/71 is that too low, should I call my pcp on call? Also could it be I am dehydrated? I am still having a hard time getting my water in? Thanks for any help.

DEHYDRATION would be my first thought.. CALL YOU DOCTOR.  I have heard of people have a BP like that But, no one your size.. Call the DOCTOR> dont waist time The machine at the Drug store could be off too. If you have a Walgreen's or CVS near you some of them also have the Clinic inside now. They have a licensed nurse practitioner there to help with such things. But, I dont like the dizzy part thats not a nice sign. I think your pcp or the hospital would BEST.. Do it ASAP

In either case, the best answer is to call your doctor ASAP. It could also be something else going on and your doctor is the only one who can give you the answer. I hope you feel better soon.

THAT IS NOT TOO LOW.....ALTHOUGH I WOULD WANT TO KNOW WHAT YOUR PULSE (HEARTRATE) IS...DEHYDRATION IS ONE OF THE MOST COMMON COMPLICATIONS....IF YOUR PULSE WAS HIGH....IT IS A SIGN OF DEHYDRATION.... I WOULD CAKLL YOUR PCP ON MONDAY.....IF YOU CHECK AGAIN AND YOUR BP IS LOW AND PULSE IS HIGHER THAN 100 (WITH LIMITED ACTIVITY) I WOULD BE CONCERNED WITH DEHYDRATION......DRINK DRINK DRINK !!!!!

I did call the doctor on call and she told me not to take any of my bp meds today and to take half of one Monday and to call on Monday to get a new script for a 5 mg on the other, its a capsule so it can't be split.
