Im Home:)....

 ...After my operation.

Everything has gone great and im on day four of fluent meals. I already hate soups:)
Bur for the first time in my life, i do not fell any hunger or cravings, amazing. It is such a strange feeling.

I am burping a little bit, to get the gaseout an I am soar under the middle ribs, but it is better than yesterday so....

I am tired, but happy:)

in 3 days i already lost 4 kilos:)

Hi, welcome to the loser's bench!  Everyday you will feel a little better.

BTW, for you guys who are not on the metric system, 1 kilo = 2.4 lbs, so that's approx 10 lbs, way to go!

I am glad you are home and doing well. One thing the nurse told me with the gas pains under the ribs was too "flap" your arm like a bird. It seemed to work.

I wonder if that bird flapping thing would help with the gas bubbles I get now that double me over?
