4 days .....Honey you are going to have those periods as your body "catches up" with all the changes....Do me a favor...weigh yourself 2x a week.....it will give you a true picture of how much you have truly have lost. I know it is hard not to do it daily ....but you will feel better if you see consistent loss.....KEEP IT UP YOU ARE DOING AWESOME !!!!
