how in the heck do I upload a picture

I am not a techy but I can ususally figure it out. How do I add a phote to my page????

If you want to add pictures to your page, click on "My OH" in the blue horizontal menu bar near the top of this page.   From there, there is a "my photos" link.    If you already got there but you're having a specific problem, maybe describe it.

If you want to add an avatar picture to be displayed next to your messages, go to the blue, vertical menu bar on the left of this page - the one that says Welcome, and has choices like Forum Home, Message Board ... go to the last one which is "User Settings" and click on it - it takes you to a place you can upload an avatar.     If you don't have a correct avatar sized photo, you can find free avatar making sites on the web - just google it.
