3 for Tuesday
1) It's not Monday.
2) 4 days to the wedding and the hot outfit.
3) Cherry Pepsi or Cherry Coke. Yeah, I know we shouldn't have caffeine but I went to bed at 4 and was up a little before 10. Yeah not even 6 hours. Doubt if I get more sleep.

Three things for Tuesday 10/28/08
1. Today is my 50th birthday I am 4 months post-op under 200# and feeling great.
2. A great birthday get away with my amazing husband
3. A week away from the office during our busiest time.
4. Kaiser So. San Francisco for all of the pre-op education an amazing surgeon (Dr. Alami) and the amazing after care they offer.

3. I am home...and really happy about that today..even though I have a doc appt and then to Trader Joes and Earth Fare...but at least I am not at work. The thought of work today makes me ill. :-)

Happy Birthday T! What a milestone and how great you are celebrating it by seeing yourself get healthier! Congratulations.

1. My adorable dogs. Bren just disappeared into a pile of toys, dug around furiously and came up with an old bone to chew on.
2. I worked until 2 last night, officially making my hours goal for the year and now I can take Thursday and Friday off in peace!
3. Thursday and Friday off! They will be the first vacation days I've taken all year, and it's my dog's birthday on Friday (Birth o' ween...). We're going to go hiking somewhere.
