Ok I have a story to tell y'all, and it's gonna take some set up work

Ok basic information...there is a leather bar in Houston called the RIPCORD

Lets see..Ok I was chatting to a guy on one of the bear site the other day...just chatting Aaron...Ok I was being a good boy and just makeing friends...and a guy told me he was going to be at the Ripcord..and  if I came he would say hi...

Ok so that is cool....So I went, and I was talking to friends...

And this guy...Victor...the guy form on line came up and started talking...he was a real nice guy...so we caht for a little while...and he says..

'I need to go back here...we are having a fun raiser..and my lover is back there...he is recovering from surgery, and I don't want to leave him for too long."

Ok lets meet you partner...well it turns out...his partner, ahs had a gastic sleeve 1 week ago...now I have to say..he is a better man than me to be sitting at a fun raiser on the patio of a queer bar 1 week post WLS...I was busy ranting ove the lack of food...

but anyway...he was a nice guy...and low and behold...sitting with him were 2 friends..who both had had weight loss surgery...so that makes 4 gay former fatties in the same spot...how strange...

now...we all sat at chatted...and kinda had a newbie WLS support group on the gay bar patio...then I left them and got into trouble..

but anyway..

when I get home...there is a message on my OH mail box...a guy I had seen on the mens board...I didn't know he was from Texas...and sure didn;t know he was in Houston...and had no idea he was family...

anyway..he says..."Was that you at the Ripcord tonight???"

So any way..I just thought how odd it was to have a gathering like that...

(Ps the guy on the OH board is just HOT...I really hin he is ou of my league...but it's nice to think about....)

i've been to the ripcord before... and even on the patio. and yes, it was for a fundraiser.

probably not where you'll find me most of the time, though. hehehe.

There are no leagues. Maybe he's just a shy guy. If I looked like you I would have walked up and charmed the pants off of him. I'll definately have to meet you guys for the WLS support group at the Ripcord. The boyfriend and I go there quite often.

You know I didn't even recognize this guy,,or would not evern know what to call him...,he would have to let me know exactly who he was...you know all the handsome guys that are there..just get me confused...I would love the chance to be charming...but I would never , ever disrupt things if he had a BF..that is just not my style...i am always very respectful....

Russ - I am totally shocked that you go to the Ripcord (not really)  you are such a sweet and innocent (not really) guy..... man, my imagine of you have been change for life (not really).  You know I love ya!!!!  You are the best!

Hey this will crack you up - even I have been to the Ripcord.... did not stay long, scared this lesbian right back to Chances!  LOL!!!!   No, actually everyone was really nice!   And I actually ran into one of my former co workers which totally blew his mind... he had know idea I was gay...go figure!
