good morning all!  i thought I would start this early since I'm here at home and waiting to go to work!

1.  I'm so grateful that I'm actually not hitting the snooze button anymore when my alarm goes off and I'm actually getting up!  I was having a problem with depression and general tiredness for the past few months so this is a good sign for me!

2.  my morning coffee!  I never have coffee at home during the week.  i usually wait until i get to work to have it but man it's so good to have time in the mornings to drink a cup!

3.  My family here.  I love you all!

Good Morning Aaron. I'm happy for you that things are getting better for you..*hugs*

I'm grateful for:

1) My morning coffee as well...I haven't been sleeping well, so my coffee has been my best friend in the mornings..

2) My best friend Kerri for always brightening my day..

3) I'm happy my boss has been so understanding with all my appointments and upcoming surgery next week. She said for me to stay home and take it easy all next week after my Gallbladder surgery, and to call her when I'm feeling better. She is awesome...

Supportive bosses are wonderful people!  My boss was so supportive.  He even told me to take more time than what my short term disability allowed (maybe he was trying to tell me something?  LOL)  He even came to my house and brought me things that I needed like my umbrella and stuff.  He was great through it all!

Good luck with your surgery next week. Gall bladder surgery is nothing anymore. Unless you are allergic to the "super glue"

Hey Aaron, Glad to hear your feeling better!!
Morning All

1. That the snow that fell last night will melt today (otherwise I would be very PISSED)

2.That I am drinking a real coffee right now! not that Decaf puke

3. That I can see light at the end of the tunnel of the liquid diet.

Yep I know it's all about the diet today, LOL

It's what I tell everyone who is dieting or who is post op......if you fall off that horse...NEVER beat yourself up over it because you've been beating yourself up all your life......just dust yourself off and get back up on it!  tomorrow is another day and YOU have the power to change it :)  *HUGE BEAR HUGS*

I could put a boot up your bum for mentioning snow in N.E. I DON'T WANNA HEAR ABOUT IT!!!!!!! LOL I am a snow hater and the hubby loves it. Prolly if it gets too bad he doesn't go to work or he can come home. I HAVE to go to work. It's worse than a nurse. At least they come and pick up nurses in 4x4's if they can't get out . Well, in Ohio they did.

Aaron, you know I'm glad you're better.  We need you here!!

 1.   In reviewing my blood results yesterday, the only things wrong were a vitamin D deficiency and high triglyceride level.  Everything else was fine, including blood sugar & cholesterol!  Since there's a family history of diabetes and high tri. are a huge red flag, I'm having my surgery just in time!

2.   My terrific next door neighbor.  There is nothing she wouldn't do for us, including walking the dogs (or bringing them over her house ) when we are out all day like yesterday.

3.   This morning's Egg Beaters/multi-grain English muffin/cheddar breakfast sandwich!

Hi Joanne!

Yeah I had vitamin D deficiency before surgery too and my doc is just livid when things are not perfect LOL  I was scared LOL but at least you're nipping potential health problems in the bud now!

Your breakfast sandwich sounds YUMMY!!!!
