I don't have scales that work!
It just cracks me up that I have no way of weighing myself right now. Everything is starting to feel loose. Post op has been a breeze, I must say. There were a couple of little issues in the beginning with the nose bleeds and the itchiness, but those went away really quickly. I'm pooping like a champ now...it's so important and it makes me feel like everything is truly working as it should.
I'm almost off the oxycodone...I started walking 3/4 a mile my 6th day after surgery and I'm up to a little over a mile at the 11 day mark. I have to remind myself to eat.....that's a new one. LOL
Anyone recommend a good set of scales? Part of me wants to just wait until my first post-op appt which is on Oct. 20th.

Sounds like everything is going well for you, congrats!
I started my pre-op diet Tuesday and we don't have a scale, I borrowed my mother in laws and she said it worked perfectly. It looks really old and when I weighed myself this moring it said I had lost 22 LBS since I was at the nut on Tuesday. I don't think it is in working order. If you find a good one let me know.
