I have a cookbook question for anybody interested.  I have another 450 plus recipes that I that perfected, organized, and gotten ready to be published.  I don't want to make the investment unless I feel that I can sell them (you know how things are now with the economy).  My question..... do you think it would be worth it?  I sold 1000 copies of the first one...and am not sure about publishing the second...  I need your advice!!!!  THANKS!!!!!!

I'd buy one.  I am not sure what your first one was like, but any ideas to make food more interesting through this journey are welcome.  I know that it must be a tremendous investment though.

Good luck-- I'm sure there are many who would benefit from your recipe collections.  I'm always surprised at the number of people who are at a total loss over what and how to eat post-op.

Daniel, 1000 copies on your first book is great! People still cook in this economy. I buy cookbooks all the time. I am sure that yours is pretty good. Let us know when you have it published. -- Tom
