Cookbook Question

I have a cookbook question for anybody interested. I have another 450 plus recipes that I that perfected, organized, and gotten ready to be published. I don't want to make the investment unless I feel that I can sell them (you know how things are now with the economy). My question..... do you think it would be worth it? I sold 1000 copies of the first one...and am not sure about publishing the second... I need your advice!!!! THANKS!!!!!!

What was the name of the first one? I did buy a WLS cookbook but so many of the recipes were no no's according to my doctor. I know everyone is different and each doctor gives different advice. But I wouldn't buy a book again. I just print recipes from the internet.

I have found a new way of life that has kept me at Goal since 2008.. And keeping it that way!
