is this your soft food stage?  if so, i had mainly cottage cheese, chicken salad (if you can't tolerate chicken, try tuna)...refried beans with salsa and very soft crackers like townhouse crackers.  I know it's not much to go on......my soft food diet wasn't very imaginative at all but when I had it for the first time, I was in pure heaven!

to make the chicken or tuna salad, I take some smart choice or fat free mayonnaise to a can of all white meat chicken (drained of course) and then a nice squirt of spicy brown mustard.  Stir it up together and make sure it's all wet.  At this stage, you'll be good to get in 2 ounces of it.  But it'll be the best tasting stuff you ever had LOL

I loved taking a Healthy Request soup and blending it in the Magic Bullet. It gave great taste and was smooth. I agree that the chicken and tuna salads are great. A good sweet thing is blending a prepared sugar free jello with a cup of cottage cheese and llowing it to set. It makes a chiffon like cheesecake parfait.

Fine ground chicken, finely minced celery, garlic, ground beef, and your best marinara you can make.  It's my grandmothers recipe that she used to stuff her ravioli with and it is soft and mushy.

I took the fake crab meat and made seafood salad. I also made some egg salad (don't tell my doctor. I was allowed to eat scrambled eggs but they never said boiled.). Scrambled eggs, if you couldn't figure that out. LOL I know of people that took shrimp and ****tail sauce and blended it. Not my thing so I don't know how that is.
