 Yes, I feel great!!!! I lost 18 pounds already. I currently weight 279 yay :)

Welcome Jerry,  Hope that you are doing well the frist few weeks out.. I know i hated it every day for about the first 10 days.. But once you get over that its all downhill buddy.

  It feels great, I have more energy I think.  It's weird how I can eat so little and feel so full :).

Welcome Jerry! Like Scott said the first days suck. I hated the first 2 weeks then I got better quickly. Come back and visit often.
