I've been gone FOREVER
Hi all.
I don't think i've been on-line for well over a year or so.
I had lap RNY Sept 06. My high weight was 380 & surgery weight was 301.
I had my Panni done Sept 23 08 - just a couple weeks back. I've been stable at about 174 for almost a year now.
I'm currently at 169 but trying to gain weight...figures...now I lose weight too easily & have to be on weight gain supplements, LOL
I've added some pics, including pre & post Panni to my Profile if anyone wants to see.
Anyway, nice to be back...

Welcome back Andrew! You look great. My BF Brett had surgery about the same time you did and has lost almost the identical amount of weight. You two have similar builds pre and post surgery. Keep up the good work! -- Tom
