Good morning family :)  I'm still a bit groggy today so I'll keep it simple :)

1.  All of my friends on OH and elsewhere.  Thanks for being so patient with me as I straighten out the mess in my head and try to be more social :)

2.  My job.  My coworkers have been so supportive of me and I'm grateful for that.  Even during the bad times.

3.  One of my close friends that moved to Germany a few weeks ago because of his job.  I'm going to go visit him next year during Oktoberfest!!!!!!  can anyone teach me some German?  LOL

Ok your turn!

Aaron, I've got some ideas for you. There is a computer program in German which is free. It's called "Before you know it" and it's part of transparentlanguage.com. BKYI is great for travel phrases and such and if you want to go further, TL has lots of computer based training of excellent quality for minimal prices.

Also if you are a coffee fan there is a local roaster here which makes the best coffee I have ever tasted. It is available at www.jadabugroasters.com. I know the folks who do the roasting and their hope was just to make the best coffee ever.

My gratitude today:

1. the leaves changing colors

2. I figured out a way to avoid a dreadful staff meeting today.

3. This is the ninth day of plateau busters and it's almost over. It is working but I am tired of just protein. I did learn that I was eating way too many carbs even if most were good carbs.

I don't know about the 5 day test but it has taken the whole time to get to loss of new weight that I hadn't lost before.
