What a day....
Well I was in phoneix last w/e I was at the OH event, and Jeremy from OH was doing a workshop on working out. Comes to find out are bodys need the carbs before and after the work out. On monday I started to make sure i was doing a 1/2 cup of Koshi cereal and soy milk befor and after the work out.. And man it worked.. From what i have been reading I was putting my body into starvation mod...
