First night without my CPAP
OK.. well Last night was my very First night in 8 YEARS without my cpap machine.
I only woke up a couple of times and went back to sleep. I am not tired this morning like i thought that i was going to be.. but i still feel that a few more nights.. a week or to at most will be needed to really determine if i still need my machine or not.. i mean. i've worn the damn mask for 8 years now.. so its going to be hard to get used to NOT wearing it again..
we shall see..
Big Huggz..

Rich, Are there any bears without a CPAP? A few years ago we went to the Outer Banks with friends, we left after work and spent the night in Breezewood in the same room. It was like a wind tunnel with 4 bears and 4 CPAPs. lol -- Tom
