OK.. well Last night was my very First night in 8 YEARS without my cpap machine.
I only woke up a couple of times and went back to sleep. I am not tired this morning like i thought that i was going to be.. but i still feel that a few more nights.. a week or to at most will be needed to really determine if i still need my machine or not.. i mean. i've worn the damn mask for 8 years now.. so its going to be hard to get used to NOT wearing it again..
we shall see..

I'm happy for you hon. I hope everything works out so you can start sleeping without it all the time. I'm going in for my sleep study on Oct. 19th to see if I have sleep apnea...I think I do, but not that bad. I guess I'll find out soon!

I hope this is the end of your CPAP imprisonment babe.  I know it's a pain to have to lug it around with you everywhere you go especially across the country

I'm still to chicken to go without mine. I'm just so darn used to it to give it up.

Rich, Are there any bears without a CPAP? A few years ago we went to the Outer Banks with friends, we left after work and spent the night in Breezewood in the same room. It was like a wind tunnel with 4 bears and 4 CPAPs. lol -- Tom

Heya!  How is the no CPAP thing going?  I slept without mine a couple of nights ago because I thought it was giving me a belly ache.  It wasn't.  I am glad to be back on it for now!  How have you been doing?
