Excercise

HI, I am new to this board.  I just has a lapband on August 21, 2008.  Excercising is really hard for me.  I need some motivation and an excercise partner.  If you live in Milwaukee, get in touch with me.

I know what you mean about needing motivation. I actually got mine pre-op when I was reading OH posts and viewing before and after pics. They motivated me to make a change. What I did was look for the easiest way to get started. I get up 30 minutes earlier every morning and do the treadmill for 30 minutes. It has worked. I am going on by 4 month of doing  that. I am now going to start some sort of formal training locally. -- Tom

I found my motivation in the gym one morning... possibly the most perfect specimen of mankind to ever roam the earth... and on top of that, he's nice too...

Nevermind that I'm married... he's straight... there's nothing wrong with eye-candy at 6:00 am.

the male eye candy is a big part of my motivation for hitting the gym 6 days a week.  hot sweaty muscle does wonders to motivate me.  I love it when they run on the treadmill infront of the eliptical machine I use.  Makes me go faster!!!  WOOOOF.
