I know what you mean about needing motivation. I actually got mine pre-op when I was reading OH posts and viewing before and after pics. They motivated me to make a change. What I did was look for the easiest way to get started. I get up 30 minutes earlier every morning and do the treadmill for 30 minutes. It has worked. I am going on by 4 month of doing that. I am now going to start some sort of formal training locally. -- Tom
