Group,
I contribute a recipe quarterly to the Bear Bones blog. It is the blog on The Complete Bear, an on-line bear merchandise merchant. Mike, the recipe, has nice merchandise and is an all-round good guy. Check out this quarter's rcepie for White Chili. It's pretty bariatric friendly.
