TIME TO GET THE PAPERWORK TOGETHER AND SEND IT IN

I got the call from my Surgeons office today.. Actually a MSG I never talk to them directly. Anyway, they told me to start getting my packet together for the insr company They want it in October so that it will be ready to go to the insr company November 1 ... Anyone have any suggestions?? I was thinking of sending along a couple of nude shots to get my point across. But, I wouldnt want to give anyone a nightmare. Has anyone included anything in theirs that was a PLUS other then complete documentation that was proven useful??? Let me know... Im trying to predict the next hurtle they'll throw me....

 Ha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They just dont know who they're dealing with...... Oh,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, there would be blood curtailing screams, Michelle the insr lady at the doctors office would go blind and probably need therapy for YEARS!!!!!!!!!. But, you'd have to wonder if anyone has done that in the past. Those insr co.. prob.. have a nice wall of Naked FAT people pictures.. Hmmm???????????? I wonder if thats truly an original idea.

If they do have a wall full of fat pics, I bet they are closeted chubby chasers.

I could only be so lucky.. But, Im okay with that.... If it gets me a couple dirty phone calls,,, maybe a stalker. But, my luck mine would end up on the DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU wall.

I was unlucky enough to get a stress fracture in my right foot about 6 months ago and had to be put on a boot. Well of course my insurance had to pay for it so when I went back to the podiatrist I asked him if he could write me a letter and more or less blame the fracture on my weight and in his professional opinion me having the surgery would be a great benefit to my lower extremities, etc. So now I have a PFT, stress test, CBC, CMP, H. Pylori, DOA w/ ETOH, Thyroid and Lipid panel, Letter of medical necessity from my PCP and my Podiatrist, office notes from the past 9 months for a physician followed diet, and hell if they want nudies I'll give'm those too :)

You and I are thinking a like.. Im already work'n that angle. My Ortho (Ex BF dont ask)  has already written a nice letter explaining that my knee and ankle problems are caused by my weight..
