Hi Group,

I don't think I posted a message to this forum that my partner Brett and I started a bariatric recipe blog. I wanted to give you the address... http://blog.beariatric.com/ . I have shared it with others who don't quite understand the spelling. It is spelled the way it is on purpose. I know that this group gets it.

Anyway, stop by, visit and give us some feedback. Our lives have been super busy over the past few weeks. The posts have been sparse. We plan on getting bck into the groove of things this week.

Hi Tom --

I come from a large Italian-American family of great cooks, and do some private catering during the off-season here in Provincetown.  I also love to host dinner parties and Holiday meals for friends.  Your site is terrific, and the recipes look wonderful (great that you included nutritional information and photos)!

I think that among the tasks at hand is for us to re-learn our attitudes about food, and to establish a new relationship with food.  You and Brett (and "Egg Face") have done a great job in showing people that there's no reason to feel deprived, bored, or depressed over the new eating plan which must be a part of our lives forever.  Even people who claim they can't cook will be able to find a recipe they can handle, and hopefully gain the confidence to try a few others.

Thanks for sharing your site -- I will look forward to using it!

Thank you so much for putting that site together. It is so hard sometimes to mix things up. This should make the quickie dinners a lot easier Thank you!
I have found a new way of life that has kept me at Goal since 2008.. And keeping it that way!
