Found it! (again)

Ok, so the last time I found this forum (I think this is the one I found), I couldn't find out how to bookmark its location... I got it this time! LOL

I'm pre-op, at least until Sept 25th, when I'll be having RNY surgery with Dr Gorospe in Owasso, OK at Bailey Medical Center! I'm WAY excited... getting a little nervous every day, though. More excited than anything!

At first my family wasn't supportive at ALL. I'd heard all the "go on another diet", "get off your ass" kind of comments until I was blue in the face. It's not THAT.. if it were, this would be simple.

So RNY is the tool for me!

I just found this site thanks to someone on the main board.  I just wanted to wish you luck and speedy recovery.  The day is so close for you.  I am so happy for you.  I have mine done in 04.  It has been my life saver.

 Hi there!  Scroll up to the top of the page next to where it sez "welcome, lisa". Click on bookmarks, and then click on add bookmark.  Welcome

Congrats on your surgery date!!!  I know it felt like time was CRAWLING for me but then I got there for surgery and all I could think was "Damn, this happened so fast."  ROFL.  You'll get there and the ride of your life begins!
